Built pitch-side.
AutomateSport started as one manager's frustration with chasing £8 every Sunday. It's now a platform for every grassroots club tired of the same Saturday-morning chaos.
Proudly built in South London.Every Sunday. The same six messages.
Volunteer managers run the grassroots game. They book pitches, organise training, pick the squad, chase availability — and then, after the final whistle, spend the next two weeks reminding nineteen adults to pay eight pounds.
It's not a new problem. It's just never been properly solved. Spreadsheets. PayPal. Monzo-me links. WhatsApp threads that spiral into GIFs. A notebook in the glovebox with three names circled from last month.
We know because we lived it. AutomateSport was built pitch-side in the Orpington & Bromley District Sunday Football League — not as a concept, but as a tool we actually needed on a Sunday morning.
One tap. Admin done.
The goal was simple: press one button after the final whistle and the admin is done. Players get a personalised payment link — by name, with the fixture and the amount — via WhatsApp. Reminders run automatically. Paid status updates live. The manager goes home.
We've since built out the full matchday loop: availability polling, squad selection, result recording, match reports, player stats, and recruitment. Everything a Sunday club needs, connected end to end.

Six things we won't compromise on.
No cut. Ever.
Every penny of subs goes straight to your club's Stripe account. We charge a flat subscription — not a percentage of what your players pay.
Built for the pitch.
Every screen is designed for one-handed use on a cold phone in February rain. Not a desktop dashboard ported to mobile.
Players need nothing.
No app to download. No account to create. Players get a message, tap a link, and pay. That's it.
Honest roadmap.
We publish what we're building and when. If something's planned, it says planned. If we don't know yet, it says exploring.
Cancel any time.
No annual lock-in. No notice period. Leave on a month's notice and take a full export of your season's data with you.

Small team. South-East London.
We're a small team based in London. We play Sunday football, we manage Sunday teams, and we build AutomateSport because we use it ourselves. When you email us, you get a real person. When something breaks, we already know.
