A website stuck in 2012

Garrison FC’s old website was built by a former player more than a decade ago. The fixtures were three seasons out of date and nobody at the club knew how to change them.

This season they replaced it with a club site that runs off the same data they already use to manage the teams.

Updates itself

Fixtures, results and squad lists now come straight from the club’s AutomateSport account. When a match is added or a result goes in, the site updates on its own.

“A club site that runs off your club data is never out of date, because nobody has to remember to update it.”

The club added its sponsors and a link to the recruitment form, so the site does real work for the club.

What changed

  • A site that’s never out of date.
  • Sponsors with a proper home on the page.
  • New players finding the club through it.

TRY IT WITH YOUR TEAM
If your site depends on one person remembering to update it, connect it to your club data instead.

Run your club from a single screen.
